Please be on site one hour prior to the match.  
If adjustments to be made in case you are arriving from another assignment, please coordinate it with your Center Referee.

This is important to update the website.

This is a professional level match.   The teams must provide you with  a roster and printed pictures.  It must be verified.   If you can't tell, player must provide you with state ID or Passport.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a player is not on the roster, he CANNOT Play.   NO EXCEPTIONS.  IF THEY ARE ONLY LISTED AS COACH AND NOT AS A PLAYER ON THE ROSTER, PLAYER CANNOT PLAY.

Any issues, contact Luca.   Keep me informed of any issues prior, during, and after the match. 

Substitutions must be held until the player exit the field.  IFAB Laws of the game is in effect.  Inform the coaches of time restrictions for substitutions, throw-ins, and keeper collecting the ball.

Players must have uniforms with numbers.  

Please check the field for safety.  Note all issues in the report.  Field of play must meet the UPSL requirements.


TAKE PICTURES OF ROSTERS, SUB TICKETS, 4TH OFFICIAL REPORT, AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENT.  SEND A COPY TO ME AND KEEP IT AS BACKUP.
