• Must seat at least 300 fans
• Turf or grass, dimensions 105 yds x 65 yds minimum; 120 yds x 80 yds maximum
• Stadium accessible to referees and opponents an hour before kickoff, and field it-self available to opponents at least 30 minutes before kick-off even though at least 45 minutes on the pitch
• Bathrooms for fans, locker room/changing room for opponents and possibly referees if available
• PA System to play U.S. National Anthem
• Livestream (any platform but must have scoreboard and timer clock)
