This is a professional level match.   The teams must provide you with  a roster and printed pictures.
If a player is not on the roster, he CANNOT Play.   NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any issues, contact Luca.   Keep me informed of any issues prior, during, and after the match. 

Substitutions must be held until the player exit the field.

Players must have uniforms with numbers.  

Please check the field for safety.  Note all issues in the report.  Field of play must meet the UPSL requirements.

Make sure you are familiar with substitution rules.  Make sure the teams are aware of 8 second goalkeeper violation rule implemented last year by IFAB.

TAKE PICTURES OF ROSTERS, SUB TICKETS, 4TH OFFICIAL REPORT, AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENT.  SEND A COPY TO ME AND KEEP IT AS BACKUP.
